If you’ll be in attendance at Jay-Z’s first-ever Made In America Festival in a couple of weeks, be prepared to be a part of real music history.
As AOL’s The BoomBox reports, Jay-Z is planning to take his mega-festival onto the big screen, with help from Oscar-winning duo Ron Howard and Brian Grazer.
With credits on movies like The Da Vinci Code to their name, the duo plan to join Hov and Steve Stoute—serving as producers as well—to document the festival and its 40-plus performers.
Grazer told the New York Post, “I am producing the film with Steve Stoute and Jay. Ron is directing. It is going to be born through Jay-Z’s perspective . . . how he puts the event together.”
This is pretty great news for those who can’t make it to the festival, or will be at Rock The Bells instead.
