
Lil Wayne and Travis Scott are getting back in touch with their Ssouthern roots and headlining the JMBLYA festival in Scott’s home state of Texas. The festival, which will be held May 3-4 in Dallas and Austin, respectively, also includes a bevy of other hip-hop artists like Gunna, City Girls, Blueface and more.
The May 3 festival day in Dallas will take place at Fair Park and the following date, artists will take over Circuit of the Americas in Austin. General admission tickets and VIP packages for JMBLYA will go on sale starting March 1 at 10 a.m. CST at www.jmblya.com. The VIP packages for both days include different elements for each, the details of the Pinky Ring VIP, Gator Boots VIP, Fur Coat VIP and Drop Top VIP can be found on the festival’s site as well.
The seventh annual festival comes in the midst of Scott’s extended North American Astroworld tour. Following his performance at the festival, the rapper will resume his tour in Alabama, Massachusetts and Delaware. Wayne can be expected to perform songs off of his latest album, The Carter V, including hits like “Uproar.”
