For quite some time now, rumors have been swirling around that Drake’s dad, Dennis G and Justin Bieber were set to collaborate on a “surprise.” Yet despite the speculation, Biebs is setting the record straight.
“We’re not doing a collaboration,” the “Sorry” singer said during an interview with the Bert Show Thursday (Jan. 7) “But [he’s a] super nice guy. I actually met him at The Nice Guy [restaurant] in L.A.”
The rumor started with an Instagram post with a very suggestive caption to go along with it:
Whether or not Justin is collaborating with Dennis G, there’s no question him and Drizzy have some history. He also just remixed the rapper’s “Hotline Bling” jam. Hopefully these two can make something happen soon. From recently garnering record breaking success on the Billboard charts to closing out the stage at the 2015 American Music Awards, there’s no telling what Bieber can’t do.
