The pop star’s tender vocals compliment the Skrillex-produced dance record beautifully, serving as a perfect follow-up to Bieber’s contributions to Jack Ü’s smash-hit “Where Are Ü Now.”
Justin Bieber will perform “What Do You Mean?” for the first-time on Sunday night at the 2015 MTV VMAs, live from Los Angeles. The single serves as the first release off Bieber’s new solo album, set to drop in November.
