Over the past couple of months, rumors have been circulating that Apple is plotting to purchase Tidal from Jay Z. According to CNBC, Tidal is denying any negotiations and Apple is keeping tight-lipped. Since no one else is speaking up, it’s only right that Kanye West throw his two cents in, even if this deal doesn’t concern him whatsoever. Right?
Yeezy went on a mini Twitter rant Saturday afternoon (July 30), calling out Tidal leader Jay Z, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, and Larry Jackson, the head of original music content at Apple Music, among others for “f**king up the music game.”
