By now, it is no secret that one of Kanye West’s most intimate and loving relationships is the one he is in with himself. Luckily for us all, this common knowledge fact has been epitomized with a 20-foot mural featuring the artist planting a big kiss on his own lips. Taking artistic license with a moment the rapper once shared with his wife Kim Kardashian, the painting replaces Kim’s head with another version of Kanye, still clad in Kim’s Jean Paul Gaultier sequined dress.
According to Reddit, the massive piece of hyperbole was created by Australian artist Scott Marsh. Though the location of the mural is unknown, it is believed to be on display in Sydney, where Marsh resides.
West recently addressed his own perceived narcissism on his latest release, The Life of Pablo with the brilliant “I Love Kanye.” The 45-second a cappella finds West being the caricature version of himself that everyone perceives, letting us all know that he hears the “Kanye is full of himself” chatter:
What if Kanye made a song, about Kanye?
Called “I Miss The Old Kanye,” man that would be so Kanye
That’s all it was Kanye, we still love Kanye
And I love you like Kanye loves Kanye
Oh, and then there’s this:
I’m not even gon lie to you. I love me so much right now.

So something tells us Yeezus might be able to see the artistic value in this.
