Pusha T obliterated Drake (if only for a second) when he released his diss track “The Story of Adidon,” which ultimately revealed Drizzy had a secret son. It was rumored that Kanye West leaked the information to Pusha ahead of the single’s release, but Kanye is saying that’s not the case. Ye stopped by 107.5 WGCI Morning Show in Chicago on Wednesday (Aug. 29) to set the record straight.
“No, I didn’t,” he said when questioned about whether he leaked the info. “Don’t pull me into this conversation. I’m ‘Ye. I honestly don’t care that much, in all honesty… I don’t play like that, I don’t play in that place.”
While he suggested there is no beef between him and Drake, it’s clear the two aren’t exactly having dinner dates or texting frequently. Even so, Yeezy is sure the two will eventually make amends. “We’ll reconcile that one day because we got to,” he said. “We got work to do because these voices are just too powerful.”
As for the reported beef between Drake and Pusha T, West has maintained that he doesn’t want to be a part of that narrative. has “Don’t even pull me into that type of conversation,” he added.
If Ye didn’t give up the details, then who did? That’s a secret the world will probably never know.
