Kanye West made a surprise appearance on his G.O.O.D. Music signee Teyana Taylor‘s San Francisco stop on her K.T.S.E. Tour. The entertainment mogul performed his rap verses from her song “Hurry,” and remained on stage with her for the rest of the show, capturing footage of the event for his Twitter page.
West’s camera captured Taylor’s special shoutout to Colin Kaepernick during her performance of “Rose In Harlem,” where she urged the crowd to put their fists in the air to salute him.
K.T.S.E. was the last album to drop in G.O.O.D. Music’s five weeks of summer album releases. While Taylor’s album was met with favorable reviews, her unpredictable rollout and delayed clearance for certain songs put a damper on the anticipated drop.
“If I would’ve really done what I wanted to do with the album, y’all wouldn’t have had it,” she told radio personality Big Boy during an interview shortly after the album’s release. “I would probably have to blame a little bit of everybody.” She revealed that she will release the extended records by way of visuals.
