During the Seattle stop of Kanye West’s Saint Pablo Tour, Yeezy sounded off about the alleged beef between Tidal and Apple Music, adding that the rift is responsible for Ye and Jay Z being left off of Drake’s “Pop Style” when it appeared on Apple Music for streaming.
“There will never be a Watch The Throne 2… I wasn’t on this song (“Pop Style”) ’cause of Hov,” Ye ranted. “It was some Tidal/Apple bullsh*t. This sh*t gets me tight every time I perform this motherfu**er.”

Jay didn’t want to get on “Pop Style” in respect to Roc Nation client, Meek Mill, who was still beefing with Drake at the time. “Out of respect for Meek Mill he didn’t want to be on the track. I said, look, I’ll call Drake, I’ll call Meek, we gotta squash this sh*t, we gotta let people have this song,” West said. “It went into some political sh*t, some sh*t about percentages on songs. I can’t take this sh*t, bro, our kids ain’t never even played together.”
Kanye revealed that Jay also called him recently after Kim Kardashian’s armed robbery.
