Kid Cudi has been the topic of conversation as of late stemming from his initial tweets about Drake and Kanye West, in accordance with his admission into a mental health facility. Drizzy, Ye and Lupe Fiasco all had the opportunity to address the controversy on stage. But, on Saturday (Nov) 5, Cudi finally addressed everything center stage at ComplexCon and had nothing but positive vibes to spread.
In the video above, the Indicud artist completes his “Pursuit of Happiness” set telling the fans that even though “life is crazy and s**t and s**t comes our way… we can make it through,” using himself as an example for living proof.
While, Kid Cudi made his feelings known towards Drake and Yeezy (and any other artist the tweet may’ve applied to) in a way that prompts negativity and a possible altercation, it must be noted that his depression and mental health had a defining role to play in everything. But, for all Cudi fans alike, it’s refreshing to see him back on stage and having his name attached to something positive in the media.
