Kid Cudi thinks the streaming war between Tidal and Apple Music is killing the art of music much like his one-time boss Kanye West. The former G.O.O.D. Music artist took to Twitter to sound off on everything he thinks is wrong with the feud.
“This is why the game is f**ked up,” he wrote after quoting Mr. West. “All this sh*t is wack. Bunch of rich guys on a power trip. This sh*t ain’t about music.”

Back in June, various outlets reported that Apple Inc. was allegedly in talks to acquire the artist owned streaming service. While Tidal has brushed off the rumors, Apple has yet to dispute any claims. We’ll have to stay tuned to see if either entity caves in to the mounting pressure now that Kanye West and Kid Cudi have added their voices to the “Apple Music versus Tidal” debate.
