Despite being incarcerated in Broward County, Florida for violating the conditions of his house arrest, Kodak Black will be feeding the streets with his much anticipated album, Painting Pictures. The project is coming to fans sooner than expected at the end of this month on March 31.
The 19-year-old is enjoying his first Billboard Hot 100 hit with the Metro Boomin produced tune “Tunnel Vision,” which currently sits at number six on the charts. Even with his physical body behind bars, the rapper’s buzz remains at an all time high.
Painting Pictures will be accompanied by a documentary that follows the Pompano Beach native. It follows his release from a South Carolina jail back in 2016. The visual premieres this week in two cities: New York (March 30th) and Fort Lauderdale (March 31st).
Kodak recently settled a lawsuit behind bars — according to Bossip — which involved a contract dispute with Dollaz and Dealz Entertainment, who he signed with in 2013.
