Another day, another legal issue for Kodak Black. The 19-year-old rapper reportedly assaulted a woman at a Miami strip club in February, reports the Sun Sentinel.
The incident involved a 34-year-old female bartender named Jennifer Cunningham at Club Climaxx in Miami. Kodak allegedly approached Cunningham and began “acting belligerently” before punching and kicking her several times. The offense of the assault is misdemeanor battery.
The Painting Pictures rapper is currently in jail for violating his house arrest, and he is also facing sexual battery charges for an incident in South Carolina. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years behind bars. He has been held in the Broward Main Jail since February due to his alleged violations.
A final violation hearing for Kodak is scheduled for Apr. 19. This hearing will determine whether he will remain in jail or if he will be released.
