The gun violence in Chicago has taken another tragic turn today (May 31). Rapper OTF Nunu, cousin of Lil’ Durk, was slain outside the Chatham Village Square Mall on Chicago’s South Side this afternoon. While in the driver’s seat of a white SUV, the 21-year-old was met with gunfire by an on-foot shooter. As Nunu attempted to flee the scene, he crashed into the window of a store. The shooting occurred in the early afternoon around 3 p.m., according to the Chicago Tribune. The young rapper’s body was left in the vehicle until authorities arrived in this evening. Durk, as well as producers Young Chop and A Zae took to Twitter upon hearing the news:
