Philly has been putting out some of the hottest street rappers since the beginning stages of hip-hop. And up next from the City of Brotherly Love is Lil Uzi Vert.
Late last week, the City of Brotherly newcomer rolled out his long-anticipated album, Luv Is Rage.
Hosted by Don Cannon, Uzi offers up a solid 16-track project depicting street life from the perspective of a young kid trying to flourish in a city plagued with drugs, violence and police brutality.
The album features Wiz Khalifa and Young Thug. And on the production side, Uzi reached out to TM88, FKI, Sonny Digital, V12 The Hitman, among others.
Also, Uzi recently released the visuals to “Safe House,” a track from Luv Is Rage.
