Lil Uzi Vert is keeping his career rolling despite what anyone has to say about him.
This week,the Philly artist released the trippy visuals to the Billboard-charting hit “You Was Right”, off of his Lil Uzi Vert vs The World mixtape. This track peaked at #22 on the U.S Rap charts and was produced by Atlanta super producer Metro Boomin, which almost makes for a combination that is good to be true.
The Alice In Wonderland themed video was directed by Spike Jordan. In the video Uzi and Metro play the lead roles and are surrounded by young women who seem to be in some form of trance due to hypnosis and almost walk around like pretty zombies. The video also features a cameo from who appears to be Lil Uzi’s actual pink haired girlfriend in real life “Brittany” who seems to be upset with Uzi as he chases after her.
