
Mary J. Blige is reportedly back in the studio following the success of The London Sessions album. There’s minimal details on what fans can anticipate, but thanks to Arbiters of A&R podcast, a few hints as to what you should expect surfaced.
The “Right Now” singer’s A&R, Eddie Fourcell, unveiled that not only is Blige back in the lab with famed producer Hit-Boy, but a Kanye West-collaboration might be on the horizon.
“I think this is gonna be the first time that the world sees a Mary J. Blige and Kanye West…,” Fourcell shared while the show’s hosts gasped.
Blige’s The London Sessions debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums charts. It landed at No. 9 on the Billboard 200.
