Meek Mill just can’t seem to log off Twitter. But to be fair, neither can we.
After Drake’s Beats 1 takeover with his OVOSound Radio station, the Internet was set ablaze in response to his new track, “Charged Up.” A clear rebuttal to Meek’s social media onslaught earlier this week, Drizzy laid down a few bars about jealousy, rumors and shots at his crown. And while the whole hip-hop world (and a few onlookers) awaited an on-wax reply from MMG’s resident Philly spitter, he decided to use his 14-character platform yet again.
Taking another jab at the accusations that Drake has a ghostwriter, Meek also referred to Drizzy as “baby lotion soft.”

Nicki Minaj has remained silent in Meek and Drake’s tussle thus far, but there are a few lines in “Charged Up” that have garnered whispers as to whether or not they are in reference to his Young Money cohort, including, “No woman ever had me star struck/ Or was able to tell me to get my bars up,” and “Rumor has it, I either f***ed her or I never could.”
We’re sure folks will be lurking on everyone’s timelines for the rest of the evening.
