After the Migos arrest at Georgia Southern University last month (Apr. 18), Takeoff and Quavo were released from police custody. The third member of the group, Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus) was held without bond, and has now found himself in more trouble. According to the Statesboro Herald, Offset was involved in a fight while in jail and is now facing additional charges.

The fight reportedly took place on Saturday (May 2) at the Bulloch County Jail. The incident occurred around 3 p.m., according to a jail supervisor. Surveillance show an assault, and the victim identified Offset as the assailant. He “had visible injury to the right side of the head,” the report reads. Offset is now being charged with assault and causing a riot in a penal insitution.
Charges stemming from his Apr. 18 arrest include marijuana possession, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a weapon in a school safety zone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was denied bond due to previous felony convictions.
Migos’ “Yung Rich Nation” tour has been postponed until July due to Offset’s incarceration. The group is expected to attend a hearing on Friday (May 8).
