We already knew the whips and chains would be on deck in the upcoming erotic film, Fifty Shades Darker, but we weren’t quite ready for the lust that Miguel brought to the scene. The singer covered Beyonce’s 2003 single, “Crazy In Love” on the new trailer, and added a whole new level of sex appeal.
Miguel’s sultry vocals perfectly compliment the dark and twisted world of the Fifty Shades sequel. As Anastasia and Christian Grey attempt to forge a new future that works for both of them, Miguel brings a new flavor and life to the decade-old song.
Miguel’s cover follows Beyonce’s rendition of her own single in the Fifty Shades of Grey film, which debuted in 2015. While there’s nothing like the original, Miguel definitely did the song justice.
