Remember Miguel’s leg-drop incident at the Billboard Music Awards?
Well, now it turns out that one of the victims that suffered from the “Sure Thing” singer’s crash landing, Cindy Tsai, is suing him and the MGM Grand — the venue where the show took place—as well. Tsai claims to have taken most of the impact ensued by the R&B crooner’s landfall.

According to TMZ, she’s seeking out compensation for “damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.” This is not the first time Miguel has been threatened with a lawsuit pertaining to this incident, however. Back in 2013, audience member Khyati Shah was going to take legal proceedings for brain damage, but that never went anywhere.
