Miguel recently stopped by the HOT97’s Ebro In The Morning following the Met Gala (May 4). The “Adorn” singer chatted it up with Laura Styles and Peter Rosenberg about his long-term relationship with girlfriend Nazanin Mandi, and his experience at the Met Gala. He also dropped the released date for his Wildheart album: June 30.
When it comes to his relationship with his lady, the R&B crooner does not conform to the social norms that society puts on marriage. Despite being together on and off for about 10 years, Miguel says he will propose when the time is right.

“Now people throw around things like marriage, I just wasn’t raised like that,” he said.“I don’t feel the pressure because I know that when I commit, I really commit.”
He also mentioned the theme behind his forthcoming project, explaining what makes him a “wild heart.”
“I really am wild hearted,” he admitted. “That just means I follow my instincts. And that was what this album is about.”
The 29 year-old artist later went into detail about the production behind the album, which includes his latest single “Coffee (F**king)”. Pharrell and Premo produced some tracks that unfortunately did not make the cut, but he did affirm and include this however: “Visually I wanted to do something really different for this album.”
