With Sony Pictures releasing the new remake of the Ghostbusters film on July 15, soundtracks from the film have been emerging on the internet.
Last month, we heard the release of the pair, Jeremih and G-Eazy’s new song “Saw It Coming,” to be featured in Ghostbusters. But they’re not the only well-known musicians on tracks in the movie.
With a similar scheme to Ray Parker Jr.’s Ghostbusters theme, Fall Out Boy partners with Missy Elliott to add some flavor to the reimagining of the 80s classic.
@Popjustice crossed one off the kid dream bucket list by covering Ray Parker theme with missy Elliot verse 😁

Fall Out Boy sings the song’s catchy phrases, “Who you gonna call?” and “I’m not afraid,” giving it a funky, rock vibe before Missy hops on the track. Her rhyme during her verse adds a hip-hop, edgy feel to the song.
“I can’t sleep when I’m home alone/ Night time my lights on/ Woo, got me scared/ Woo, and I need my bed.”
