In one of the most peculiar rap beefs ever known to man, Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson responded to B.o.B’s diss record Tuesday (January 26) with his own diss track, appropriately titled “Flat to Fact.”
The tension between B.o.B and Tyson began when the ATLien took to Twitter over the weekend to boldly claim earth is flat. Bobby Ray’s tweets caught the attention of Tyson who factually refuted his claims.
A lot of people are turned off by the phrase “flat earth” … but there’s no way u can see all the evidence and not know… grow up

B.o.B, armed with the confidence of the $1.5 billion Powerball winner, didn’t back down and later went into the studio to record “Flatline,” a diss record to a scientist.
Tyson accepted the challenge and recorded a diss track himself. Although he admits on Twitter it’s his nephew who’s actually doing the rhyming, Tyson’s reads his Tweets to B.o.B, which act as the song’s bookmark.
