The New Look Wireless Festival is just around the corner and before the big shebang on July 4th, there’ll be a pre-festival concert to commemorate Wireless’ 10th anniversary. It’ll be connecting the old school with the new with the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B.
Over the past 10 years, the fest—hosted by Live Nation—has been the leader in breaking new music on a global level. Some of their past headliners have been Hov, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, and Rihanna. It has also cultivated growing talent of the time such as Tinie Tempah and Labrinth.
The big names of the birthday show will include our favorite Canadian Drake, alongside the UK festival exclusive Rita Ora. Representing for the “new school” of hip-hop will be Chance the Rapper, Kid Ink, and Big Sean with the “old school” headed by Public Enemy, Black Star (Yasiin Bey FKA Mos Def and Talib Kweli), Raekwon, and Ghostface Killah.

Tickets for the concert will go on sale tomorrow at 9 a.m. (London time) so you don’t want to wait around on these. If you’ve attended Wireless in the past, then you’re in luck: previous ticket holders will be able to get £10 off a special early bird offer beginning today until 9 a.m. tomorrow.
