FAILS
Nicki Minaj coming so late that she missed her own time slot
Ciara’s mic not being switched on until her third song
Ciara’s placement on the tiny Pepsi Max stage versus the main stage
A$AP Rocky’s finicky mic and other technical difficulties (although he pushed through the malfunctions like a pro)

The reckless fan pandemonium for Drake
Fist fights breaking out during Drake’s set
The dim and shifty lighting of the Pepsi Max stage
