LL Cool J takes it back to basics in the visual for his single “I’m Nice.” Recruiting Raekwon and Murda Mook, the three spitters evoke classic rap nostalgia as Ron Browz holds down the hook and production. The four-minute Benny Boom-directed clip finds LL, The Chef and Mook flexing their lyrical muscles as streetball players show off on the asphalt.
“I’m Nice” is LL’s latest offering from his upcoming G.O.A.T. 2 album , which will also include features from T.I., J. Cole, Mavado and Uncle Murda. As evident from this track as well as his “The Hustler” single, the Queens legend is headed in a grittier direction on his fourteenth LP.
The release date for G.O.A.T. 2 has not been announced. In the meantime, peep the video for “I’m Nice” above.
