The video for ‘We’ve Only Just Begun’ features the Team GB Rhythmic Gymnastics Group. In August, the seven-girl squad made history by becoming the first rhythmic group to represent Britain at the London 2012 Olympics. The team then went on to achieve a personal best score. Since forming in 2009, the squad has competed at major competitions including the World and European championships, and the Elite World Cup.
Watch Team GB Rhythmic Gymnastics Group as they’ve never been seen before in the video, which utilizes a process called ‘trails’, each of the girls’ outfits were fitted with 60 LED lights in order to capture their movements during the routines. Talk about “shake what your mama gave yah,” and then some.
‘We’ve Only Just Begun’ was first premiered by Radio 1’s Pete Tong, with further support from Danny Howard and repeat plays from Capital’s Andi Durrant and Kiss’s Steve Smart. The track also debuted at No.1 on the Cool Cuts chart.
