Nicki Minaj surprise-released another remix to one of rap’s current top hits. This time, the Queens native traveled to the West Coast to lay a verse over Blueface’s “Bust Down Thotiana” melody.
For Minaj’s version titled “Bust Down Barbiana,” the “Ganja Burn” rapper plays off the –iana ending throughout several lines, rapping: “You gon’ have to give me topiana/ If you tryna get some sloppiana/ I call my opps oppiana/ Then shut down Yves Saint, Lauriana.”
Another version of the single, which previously featured YG, will reportedly host a verse from Cardi B. No release date has been announced yet.

Since the return of Queen Radio on Apple Music’s Beats 1, Nicki Minaj has gifted fans with tune after tune since releasing her Queen album in August 2018. Recently, the chart-topper remixed Meek Mill’s “Going Bad” record and Lil Baby and Gunna’s “Drip Too Hard” smash hit. The string of remixes reminds her supporters of her mixtapes days, recalling the nostalgia that projects like Beam Me Up Scotty still amplifies.
