Nicki Minaj wore two hats at this year’s MTV European Music Awards. Serving at host and performer, YMCMB’ Head Barb In Charge took the stage to perform a medley of songs at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. Nicki also snatched up the award for “Best Hip-Hop” at the show.
Her performance included renditions of “Super Bass” and “Anaconda,” but the most talked about component of her stage set was the premiere of a new track. Titled “Bed Of Lies,” the rapstress spits about a relationship gone sour (Safaree?):
“You was caught up in the rush and you was caught up in the thrill of it/ You was with me before I hit a quarter mil in it/ Put you in the crib and you ain’t never pay a bill in it/ I was killin’ it, now you got me poppin’ pills in it”
