Nicki M was not pleased with the way CBS filmed her Fashion Rocks performance Tuesday night. The head barb in charge took to her Twitter account to apologize to all her fans for what she believes was poor production during her “Anaconda” performance last night.
Barbz, I’m sorry about those angles. They told us they’d go wide, never mentioned they’d shoot the audience instead. Big learning experience

Nicki–who recently announced the release date for her forthcoming album The Pinkprint –then later took to her Instagram account to fully let her fans know how she felt. My darlingz, I wish you could’ve seen the choreography on the 2nd verse of ANACONDA last night. It was absolutely divine. CBS decided not to show it. Had they told us this before, we would have changed the choreo so that you guys could see the full performance from beginning to end. They already had you tuned in tho. Artists spend so much of their own money, time and passion to deliver their fans great performances. But ultimately, our art usually falls into the hands of people who care nothing about our art and creativity. Promise you’ll get to see this new choreo soon. Despite not being 100% pleased, Nicki’s performance was still boss.
