Although she technically never left, it’s coming up on two years since Nicki Minaj dropped The Pinkprint. To make up for time gap, Minaj unveiled “The Pinkprint Freestyle” on Sunday (Sept. 4), a flaming new record with bars so vicious, medical attention might be required.
The First Lady of Young Money gets a lot done over the course of five minutes. Aside from lyrically slaying her enemies, Meek Mill’s court struggle gets a mention as does Foxy Brown and Lil Wayne, along with multiple references to Nicki’s queendom, and a warning to an unnamed foe.
“F*ck outta here you dumb b*tch/You know I’m pretty and I’m witty and I’m dumb rich,” Nikci raps. “You throw shade, but I sun b*tch/And now you know what I’mma say: you my son b*tch.”
The Queens native even dusts off her British accent, and immortalizes the internet’s favorite meme with the line: “Dragging these ho*s like Harambe did the kid.”
