Chris Brown and Offset exchanged words on Instagram under a video the R&B singer shared of 21 Savage rapping with a British accent. Earlier this week, the I Am > I Was musician made headlines after being arrested by ICE under suspicion he was living in America illegally since 2006.
“CMON FAM, STOP PLAYING WIT DA MANS DEM,” Brown wrote in the caption of the vid. His fans are jumping at his defense, stating that he was pointing out that the memes are wrong. However, posting the video regardless of the circumstance didn’t sit well with rapper Offset, who commented that Brown was a “lame” and that “memes ain’t funny.”
“F**k you lil boy,” the Heartbreak On A Full Moon musician wrote in response to the Migos member. “Better worry about what u got going and focus on ‘you.’ All this cap on IG is what’s lame. Yo energy [wasn’t] like that when I came to Drake show in LA. If you don’t get yo a hip a hop a hibbet a hibbet to the hip hip hop and ya don’t stop the rockin facea** out of my comments.”
He concluded by calling Offset a “sensitive a** n***a,” who should “call [him] personally” or “pull up” to fight, punctuating the comment with “suck my d**k.”
Demi Lovato and Tomi Lahren have been called out for commenting on 21’s situation by rappers Wale, Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, who have jumped to the Grammy-nominee’s defense.
