OutKast will be ending their festival run with special show at home.
The hip-hop duo announced their “ATLast” showcase, which will be held at Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park on September 27 with special guests expected to be revealed in the next few weeks, Billboard reports.
“Coming from Atlanta gave us the freedom to be whatever we ever wanted to be because no one was paying attention. Now that everyone is, we want to say thank you,” said André 3000 in a statement.
Big Boi added, “It’s only right that we give the hometown what we’ve been giving the rest of the world, Atliens in ATL, homecoming! Festival Killers .”
More information about the concert is available at outkastatlast.com, a site dedicated to the showcase. Tickets will go on sale June 18 via Ticketmaster.
The ATLiens have been keeping busy with their 40-date festival tour that included Coachella and the Governor’s Ball in celebration of their 20th anniversary.
