VIBE: What can we expect from your performance at BPM Fest?
DJ HARVEY: One never knows what to expect. I like to plan but not too much. I wanna feel where the crowd wants to go and go with it. But it will be a spectacular mix of modern and classic dance music, disco to techno.

This Week on the Decks: DJ HARVEY
Which act are you most looking forward to catching if you have time? Why?
There are a bunch of great DJ’s playing the festival. Everyone from Danny Tenaglia (who I thought had just retired), Sven Väth, Carl Cox, Maceo Plex, Damian Lazarus, I’d say there’s something for everyone.
BPM Festival means: (INSERT THREE WORDS)!
Bottomless Pit (of) Music or Madness
Best reason you can think of for going to the BPM Festival 2013?
Great DJ’s. Great Location. Mayan Ruins. The Mayans have been partying and celebrating life in this area since 2600 BC so there has to be some good ancient party vibes down there for sure.
Tips to surviving all the parties for BPM Festival first timers?
Drink lots of water and pace yourselves, or just throw caution to the wind and sleep when you get home.
Latest or upcoming release we should pay attention to?
I’m putting the final sparkle on my next Locussolus release as I’m being asked these questions. I’m really happy with this one, I might have finally nailed it.
