The dynamics of Paper Diamond’s live performance makes every show a unique experience. The DJ and producer, born Alex Botwin, explains how he improvises each set live every night to give his fans a truly unique experience. “I’m using my iPad on stage to control two computers, one has Ableton to play the music, which then sends a MIDI signal to the second computer, where I can control all of the LEDs and live visuals on stage that will capture the nonstop energy of my set. So basically, I get to represent myself in not just a musical manner, but I get to provide an overall visual experience for my fans as well.”
His turnt up stage appearances are always filled with surprises, and this tour will be a complete change of pace compared to his short festival sets and past tours with Excision and Zeds Dead.
The Colorado beatsmith always leaves you wanting more- and now fans are going to get him. PD is expected to perform two-hour sets filled with all new tunes topped off with some West Coast flavor. Throw on your headphones and get a preview of all that Paper.
