
Big Sean has a major “IDFWU” situation on his hands at a certain Ivy League school.
According to Bloomberg, a group of students at Princeton University created a petition to prevent the Detroit native from taking the stage at the school’s “Lawn Parties” outdoor festival (May 3). The reason being that the “Paradise” rapper’s lyrics promote “rape culture and misogyny.”
According to the campus’ newspaper Daily Princetonian, almost 500 people have signed the petition which partly states: “in the future, [the undergraduate student government] should strive to bring non-misogynistic acts to campus.” They also called on the student government to pull Sean from the bill, but deemed it too late to cancel his appearance.
