The video is a Quavo and Daps-directed project, that stars one-third of the well-known rap group Migos, and former Basketball Wives star Draya Michele. In this post-apocalyptic futuristic clip, the 27-year-old rapper engages in a VR (virtual reality) experience to escape the world’s destruction.
The new track is expected to appear on Quavo’s highly-anticipated solo album, alongside a star-studded list of heavy hitters that have been rumored to feature like Kid Cudi, 21 Savage, Cardi B and of course his groupmates Take-off and Offset. Quavo Huncho is set to debut as Quavo’s first official solo project on Friday (Oct. 12) on all major music streaming platforms.
This new release arrives hours after Quavo’s rap group won big at the 2018 American Music Awards, taking home the coveted award for Favorite Group or Duo- pop/rock on Tuesday night (Oct.9). This track also serves as Quavo’s second single from the forthcoming album.
