In addition to Spike Lee’s celebratory bash, Quest will honor the legend at Brooklyn Bowl in Williamsburg. The DJ, who hosts a weekly party at the music venue/bowling alley, announced the news to fans via Instagram.
DNA Info New York reports the event will replace Talib Kweli’s set. Fans who previously purchased tickets are welcomed to use them for Quest’s set or receive a refund at the point of purchase.
