Brooklyn rapper Alan Diaz, a.k.a. Pumpkinhead, passed away from unknown causes early Tuesday morning (June 9).
The devastating news first spread via social media, but was also confirmed by the rapper’s close friends. Pumpkinhead never reached mainstream success, but was a fixture in the international battle scene and a veteran of the New York mixtape circuit. Diaz was just 39-years-old at the time of his death.
