Jersey rapper TwonDon has a bone to pick with Wale, and he decided to put it all on wax with his new single “Letter To, Folarin.” For his follow up to his last single “Show Me,” Twon connected with DreamLife Beats to draw up the perfect record in an attempt to reach out to the MMG rapper.
“I even fought depression like you,” Twon raps. “I even went through poverty and even lost a kid like you.”

In the song, Twon lists everything they have in common from his struggles with mental health to the despair of losing a child. He doesn’t mean to go all “Stan” on Wale. It seems as though he’s simply venting to someone who has been through everything that has mentally scarred him for life.
