After receiving some backlash, Rozay decided to clear the air about the lyric with Q93 in New Orleans.
“There’s certain things you can’t tweet, you want people to hear your voice,” explained Ross. “I wanna make sure this is clear – woman is the most precious gift known to man. It was a misunderstanding with a lyric, a misinterpretation where the term “rape” wasn’t used and I would never use the term “rape” in my records. Hip-hop don’t condone that. The streets don’t condone that. Nobody condones that.
