Charges have been formally handed down to Rick Ross in last June’s alleged pistol whipping incident involving his groundskeeper. However, Renzel’s lawyer isn’t concerned about the charges because according to him, his client was acting in self-defense.
Steve Sadow told the court the Black Market artist should be immune from prosecution because allegedly the groundskeeper was committing felonies while staying at Ross’ guest house at his Georgia estate.
Ross claims Jonathan Zamudio was partying with cocaine and drug paraphernalia, which gave him reason to defend his home. A grand jury handed down several charges including aggravated assault, kidnapping, aggravated battery and possession of a firearm while committing a crime.
