While he didn’t get any plaques at the 2015 Grammy Awards, MMG’s Rick Ross did offer some satisfying news on the red carpet by announcing that Wale’s highly-anticipated album, The Album About Nothing will drop on March 31.
“I’m so excited about [it]. [It’s an] incredible album,” Rozay said in an interview with Billboard. “I mean, after his last album we couldn’t be more ecstatic.”
But that wasn’t the only news Rozay had for Maybach fans. He also mentioned Meek Mill’s studio flow. “I feel the streets is ready to give Meek Mill the crown, so we rallying behind him,” Ross said. “We’re excited just to see him, his level of excitement, see what he doin’ in the studio, more importantly see him back with his family, spending time with his son. It’s finna be a huge year for Mayback Music and Dreamchasers.”
Fresh off two critically acclaimed albums—Mastermind and Hood Billionaire, respectively—in 2014, Rozay said he’s ready to let his “homies shine” in 2015.
