Rihanna just announced something exciting, and no it’s not the official date for her new album just yet. The “Stay” singer revealed plans to launch the first annual Diamond Ball that’ll benefit her Clara Lionel Foundation. The establishment seeks to improve all areas of the global community including health, education, and culture. The foundation was created in honor of Rih’s grandparents Clara and Lionel Braithwaite, and the black-tie soiree will take place on Dec. 11 at the Vineyard in Beverly Hills, Calif. The funds raised will also benefit The Clara Braithwaite Center for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine at Queen Elizabeth hospital on her native island of Barbados.
