Everyone’s favorite blunt-toting bad gal is commemorating the annual stoner’s ritual with “James Joint,” a one minute, airy interlude of a fantasy. Crooning of a love laced with weed, wild lovemaking and danger, Ri-Ri’s vocal prowess is on display in the painstakingly short clip.
“I’d rather be smoking weed whenever we breathe, every time that you kiss me,” she sings.

Rihanna made reference to the interlude in her latest interview with V Magazine.
“Dude, I’m in love with my interludes. This one called ‘James,’ joint is on constant repeat,” she said. “[The album is] soulful and aggressive, whether it’s lyrically, musically, or just the tone of my voice.”
