Fans have waited two years to hear from Groovy Q ever since the release of his number album Oxymoron. The Top Dawg lyricist –who has a penchant for bucket hats and fedoras–has finally let the album release date out of the bag.
On July 8, Q’s fans will feast their ears on his third studio album Blank Face, which will feature his Kanye West collaboration “That Part.” In true artist fashion, Quincy took to Twitter Tuesday (June 14) to reveal the album cover which features a blank Jordan crying face.
The meme, which has become a go-to when anyone has committed a supreme fail in life, will now represent Schoolboy Q’s latest LP. Michael Jordan, the man that’s won six NBA rings, countless MVP awards and was dubbed Air Jordan for his ability to soar to unimaginable heights while on the court, has (in some part) been reduced to a single meme.
Check out the hilarious album cover below.
