While rapper Bobby Shmurda called in to catch up with HOT 97’s Ebro in the Morning, his conversation was disconnected and cut short. But on Thursday morning (March 5), Shmurda successfully reached Ebro again.
During their interview, Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel discussed how they are in need of a manager (by the way, they want a meeting with 50 Cent) and got mail from Meek Mill. They also added how members of Slow Bucks attempted to post their bail and more.
When asked about his innocence, Shmurda responded by sayong, “I come from a nasty neighborhood where cops don’t like the people where I’m from and they couldn’t believe that I made it. And they been after me for a whole long time for nothing. I ain’t even do nothing, it’s just the neighborhood I come from.”
Bobby and the GS9 crew were arrested back in December 2014 and were indicted on more than 100 charges, including conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree and one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
