Snoop Dogg is taking his many talents to the kitchen. The West Coast rap legend and co-host of Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party on Vh1 is now a certified cook book author, People reports.
Snoop’s new book, From Crook To Cook, is filled with some of his favorite recipes including baked mac-n-cheese, baby back ribs, chicken and waffles, among many others. Reportedly, he also incorporates his own take on lobster thermidor and filet mignon.

Besides all the delicious sounding food recipes, Snoop is also recommending some good munchies and how to make a proper gin and juice. “You know it’s blazin’ up in my kitchen,” Snoop told People of the new book. “I’m takin’ the cookbook game higher with a dipped and whipped collection of my favorite recipes, ya dig?”
By the sound of it, Snoop seems like he’s quite the cook. In an interview with The Los Angeles Times in 2016, Martha Stewart said she’s learned a thing or two from him about cooking. “One thing I learned from Snoop is that you don’t leave the stove when you’re cooking. I sometimes get a little distracted, so I’ll run off and I tell everybody,” she said. “Don’t leave the cooking. But I still think I’m smart enough and my timing is really impeccable, blah, blah, blah. But I sometimes burn things and overcook things. He doesn’t leave; he’s constantly touching his food with the fork or the spoon. Stirring the pot.”
From Crook To Cook comes out on October 23.
