After spending a large portion of her time lending her name to several different charities and scoring her a limited-edition sneaker collection with Puma, Word To The Woman, Solange Knowles is bringing her knack for style, philanthropy, and community back to her own multimedia platform, Saint Heron.
Today (Mar. 18), the singer-songwriter has announced that in partnership with Bigcommerce, she has relaunched the Saint Heron online store with a brand new bevy of products that celebrate diversity in design all from people of color. Essentially for Knowles, the online store was a powerful eCommerce platform that helped further bring the brand and it’s vision to life.
“Relaunching the Saint Heron store has been an inspiring journey that elevated the brand to a more collaborative and beautiful place. At the heart of everything, the way Saint Heron looks and feels to our community is essential to its identity, and we couldn’t have achieved the same result for Saint Heron store without Bigcommerce,” she said in a press release. “It’s important that Saint Heron visitors have a fulfilling experience on the new store, and I didn’t want to compromise color, style or my unique approach to design to deliver that.”
As many who have long scoured the webpages of Saint Heron since it’s inception knows, at the heart of the brand is the mission to celebrate cultural diversity from apparel to vinyls to curated special events and more.
And with its new online store open and ready for business, we can only imagine the fly, sartorial and lifestyle-based goods Solange will gift us with that genuinely speak to our community.
